The Hub Hotel - מילאנו

המלון ממוקם על צומת דרכים בין שלושת האגמים בצפון איטליה , הגישה לאוטוסטרדה מהירה ונוחה , מלון חדיש ומתוחזק טוב עם שרותי ספא מעולים , יחס אדיב מאוד מצוות המלון.

בשעות הלילה הסביבה שוממת המלון ממוקם בקצה העיר נושק לאזור התעשיה של מילנו .- אין להשאיר מכוניות מחוץ לחניון המלון ישנם צוענים שמסתובבים בלילות ופורצים מכוניות (לנו פרצו וגרמו לנזק ועיקוב למהלך הטיול המתוכננן)

קרבה למלפנסה - שכרנו מכונית וחנינו בחניון קרוב מעין "חנה וסע" שם היה מטרו לעיר מילנו - טיילנו וחזרנו למכונית ולא השתמשנו בחניה של המלון - יש הרבה מקום לידו. המלון מרוהט ומעוצב בצורה מודרנית. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאוד. קבלנו את החדרים לפני שעת הצ'ק אין.

לא מצאנו חסרונות רק חבל שזה היה ללילה אחד בלבד.

The ease of access to Milan by metro and the Hotel shuttle available on request to take you there. Thee breakfast was great. The layout of the room and the quietness given the proximity to traffic.

I would like some more information on the hotel services in the room.

room was nice and quite, pool on the last floor with fitness center and spa is very nice as well as the view. bar and reception service and design.

the area is poor, ugly, All the block is under rehabilitation, only the Porsche car dealer make you confident for the future.

Superbly designed, full of chic. Rooms are cozy and provide a generous mini bar selection (including freebies!) The roof spa proved to be small but rewarding. Also the hotel provided a shuttle to Certosa/RHO stations around the clock. Lots of free parking in the surrounding streets.

Shuttle could drop at a more central place. At the time if our visit in the spa, the wet sauna was not active.

We liked the value for the price, wonderful staff marvelous amenities.

Having to wait for the shuttle from the train station, our phone didn.t recocognize the italian phone number.

The hotel is lovely and clean, location is pretty good also. Killer breakfast which was included. There is plenty of free street parking outside hotel. Room is nice, big and modern. But read below of our awful bathroom.

The shower in room 818 is moldy. Room didnt smell at all when we came in but once we took a shower the mold deamons were let lose. Awful and not healthy. Drain doesnt work I suppose so the water leaks under the shower over to rest of bathroom part of which is wood, turned dark after shower.

Staff are excellent & very accommodating & informative. The Spa is small but very comfortable & relaxing environment. The Breakfast is plentiful & caters for all types of demands.

Only location is very industrial, no doubt. Stay & enjoy facilities & then travel by shuttle to all connections including Lakes & Milan Central. Price very reasonable for using transport!! Do tip the Staff, they deserve every Euro they earn!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and very modern, with excellent facilities. Breakfast was fabulous. A bit far from the city centre but as we had a car we needed somewhere away from the centre which had a car park. You can taxi in to city for about 25-30 Euros but we opted to take the train. Hotel courtesy vehicle will drop you off at train station. A short train ride then a short Metro ride brings you right in the heart of the city.

Very friendly staff. Quality hotel, well placed for commuting into Milan city centre. Shuttle bus to Milan Fiera. Top quality rooms, clean and fresh towels. Good laundry service. Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Plenty of parking around the hotel if you hire a car, no need to use the hotel car park.

Only complaint.......hot food was not hot at all, even when I went to breakfast at 8am...

Thew staff were super friendly, as well as a good atmosphere around the hotel. The staff are available 24 hours a day and welcoming of questions and queries. We were not sure of what to do in the area so we asked the reception desk, where we were given a list of hotels and map of the area, accompanied by detailed descriptions of the best things to do and places too see. Very helpful. They even booked a table for us at a restaurant you would not know of unless told by a local. Very impressed!

Lovely hotel, great food, great staff, leisure facilities, lovely rooms and so on. A very slight drawback is the location however the shuttle put on by the hotel makes it very easy to get in and out of Milano Centrale. About 3 minutes from Milan Certosa in the shuttle and then fast frequent trains from early morning till late night take approx 10 minutes to get you to Milano Garibaldi in town. Excellent, thanks.

Room comfort W-Fi for free (rare thing so this is a plus for "The Hub") Cleanliness and service Restaurant (good food)

Whirlpool area / saunas only opened during the opening time of the Spa: it should be opened when also the pool is available Free shuttle to MI-Certosa is ok but MI-Certosa is way far from being a station (horrible place): maybe a connection to the closest METRO Station would be better

The hotel itself was very clean and luxurious. The spa was amazing for the price you pay per night. I paid just 130 EUR breakfast included. The breakfast was amazing, I would go back only for the breakfast here.

There was something wrong with the (only) elevator to the spa making us locked in the spa area for 30 min. There was no stairs exerpt for the emergency exit, which we took first, but the spa is at the 14th floor.. so we wanted to go to the 13nd floor to take another elevator there, because on the room floors there are more elevators. But the emergency doors were locked (!) We went back up, and found a phone to call reception, they didnt understand us and were not very friendly. I asked to have someone sent to fix the elevator or to open the emergency door of the 13nd floor, but they didnt. eventually we found a door open at the 9th floor using emergency exit, which allowed us to go to our room at the 11th floor. I think things like this shouldn't be possible. Also taking in mind we did not get any apologizes or anything. This happened at night, so I did not have any appointments, but if you would miss a business meeting because of this, I would be really pissed. However, the breakfast the morning after really changed my mood, because It was amazing, letting me give a positive reccomendation for the hotel and hoping this is a one time failure.

The employers are very nice and friendly, good food, small but nice room.

The pool was closed for private party.
